Bestee Child Safety and Protection Policy (CSAE Standards)

Introduction

At Bestee, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for all of our users. In line with international child safety standards and best practices, we strictly prohibit and take immediate action against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Age Requirement

– Bestee is strictly for individuals 18 years or older.

– We do not allow minors to create accounts, participate on the platform, or access our services.

– Any attempt by underage individuals to bypass this restriction will result in account removal.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy for CSAE

– We do not permit content, activity, or behavior that promotes, depicts, or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation.

– Any CSAE-related content will be immediately removed.

– Accounts engaging in CSAE activity will be permanently banned.

– Violators will be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where appropriate.

3. Detection, Monitoring, and Prevention

– Bestee uses a combination of automated detection systems and human moderation to identify and remove harmful content, including CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).

– We actively monitor for suspicious behavior patterns that could indicate grooming or exploitation.

– Preventive measures are continuously updated to align with Google Play requirements and global child protection standards.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

If you become aware of any content or user behavior that may involve child exploitation or abuse on Bestee, please report it immediately:

– In-App Reporting Tools – Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly from within the app.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team.

5. Enforcement

– Any violation of this policy results in immediate enforcement actions, including removal of content and permanent account bans.

– Where legally required, we will report offenders to law enforcement and child protection organizations.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

– Bestee fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations worldwide.

– When necessary, we will share relevant evidence to assist in investigations of CSAE-related activity.

7. Education & Awareness

– Bestee provides resources and guidelines to help users recognize, avoid, and report harmful behavior.

– We promote awareness of safe online interactions and encourage users to take proactive steps in protecting themselves and others.

8. Transparency & Accountability

– This CSAE policy applies to all users, content, and services associated with Bestee.

– Our commitment is ongoing, and we will regularly update this policy to reflect best practices, evolving regulations, and Google Play’s latest standards.
